• Daily or weekly management of all bank and credit card accounts
• Update all accounts daily if there is a high volume of transactions to record or if your client is having cash flow issues
• Update all accounts weekly if there is a low volume of transactions to record

Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation

• Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis
• Soft reconcile any and all accounts that you have issues with each month or any that have a lot of transactions each month
• Hard reconcile all accounts each month so month-end reviews are easier to get through

Accounts Payable Management

• This service is offered to clients that have a lot of payables, are behind on payables or for those who no longer wish to handle it in-house
• In providing Accounts Payable Management Services, We are responsible for entering all bills, make sure they are coded to the right expense account, and are paid on time
• There are many options for paying bills, but this is a decision left to the client.  We can recommend some processing systems that works great for each client's specific needs.

Accounts Receivable Management

• This service is offered to  our clients that are invoicing their customers on Net Terms
• Providing Accounts Receivable Management, means we are responsible for creating and sending invoices, receiving and processing payments via checks, credit cards or ACH, working with client on collection notices (if applicable)
